Shannon was recently hired at ANCHOR as an Operations Project Manager. Born and raised in San Francisco, CA, she brings a diverse background and a fresh, innovative approach to her role. She holds a master’s degree in New Media and Journalism and is currently pursuing her doctorate in Strategic Media from Liberty University.

 Outside of work, Shannon enjoys exploring her creativity through DIY projects, traveling, and advocating for lupus awareness. She is a proud aunt to a beautiful baby girl and a devoted dog mom to Lola, her Chiweenie (a Chihuahua and Dachshund mix) whom she has had since college.

What do you like most about working at ANCHOR?

The company culture. ANCHOR has a family-like culture, where one always feels supported, but the drive to WIN remains the expectation. At ANCHOR, every individual, regardless of their role, is empowered and valued as an essential contributor to the team's overall success.

What does AncHER mean to you?

To me, AncHER represents progress. Women have long faced inequality, but AncHER is yet another example of how they continue to break barriers and carve out their place in traditionally male-dominated industries and the world.
