Tell us about yourself

I joined Anchor in February 2025 after earning my BA in History from Sacramento State. During my senior year, I began working as a special inspector, a role I held for 12 years. Throughout my career, I gained extensive experience in both field and lab work, conducting inspections on concrete, rebar, hot AC, compaction testing, proof load testing, and Spray Applied Fireproofing Material.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking and indulging in fine foods. I love dancing, music, and karaoke, as well as binging my favorite shows and movies. In the summer, I enjoy swimming, hiking, gardening, and camping. I also find joy in sewing while listening to audiobooks.

What does AncHER mean to you?

To me AncHER is a progressive movement for the construction industry. One where women can support each other while trying to navigate the contribution of their talents and skills in a predominantly male industry. AncHer is enriching the construction industry through inclusivity and diversity.
