Cynthia Ray, or “Dee” as those familiar with her like to call her, is an Administrative Assistant at ANCHOR, supporting the Admin Team with invoicing and billing and account receivables. Before joining ANCHOR in January of 2021, Cynthia spent 27 years as a registered Dental Assistant and for the last seven of those years, working at Folsom State Prison Medical Department as a Dental Assistant. She joined ANCHOR because she was looking for a change of pace and environment and her cousin referred her to ANCHOR.

Cynthia runs our Weekly Admin Meeting at ANCHOR, where she brings a new ice breaker and quote of the day which contributes to building our corporate culture!

Cynthia lives in San Joaquin County with her husband of 24 years, Ron. Her hobbies outside of work include building and decorating her Victorian dollhouse with miniature furniture and home accessories and doing the hair of her family and friends at her home hair salon. She has five children and two dogs and she is eagerly awaiting her first grandchild.

Where do you see yourself in five years?

My husband owns his own trucking business and in five years I see myself using the new skills that I have learned in this administrative role at ANCHOR to support the growth of his business, in addition to continuing to support ANCHOR’s growth.
